Read a longer version of this article in another publication at work today. Seems like the mint is holding back over 90% of the worker's yearly bonus until they figure it out. The mint employs around 850 people. Article also stated that this mint is a "state of the art facility" and it would be extremely difficult for someone to walk out with precious booty. They suspect accounting error as the most likely possibility. This Canadian mint has been voted one of the best places to work in Canada.
