I'll leave the US stuff to the experts (most of the other forum members ;) ), but here's a little help on some of the world coins.

First of all, understand that the value of all coins depends, in large part, on their condition/grade, and that catalog values are rarely completely accurate.

Several of your coins are unidentifiable without more information. For example, franc and krone are both multi-country denominations. Necessary identification information is usually on both sides of a coin, so pictures or full descriptions of both sides are necessary.

Offhand nothing you listed appears to be particularly rare or valuable, but it will take a little time to go through the Standard Catalog of World Coins and check them all.

A quick take on some of them:
    • CHURCHILL on the back. gold in color = 1 crown (5 shillings) and winner of "world's ugliest coin" contests on many forums. The "gold" is either tarnish, or plating that adds nothing to the value. $2 maximum.
    • ceskoslovenska socialsitika republika means Czechoslovakian Socialist Republic in Czech
    • osterreich means Austria in German
    • rupiah is an Indonesian denomination
    • new pence is a Great British denomination used only in the early years of decimalization
    • Repvbblica italiana is Italy, which uses the denomination Lira
    • krone is a denomination used in 5 countries

Your first picture is a Chinese coin, probably from the People's Republic based on the artwork, but explicitly stated, along with the date, on the unseen side.

Next is a ¥100 Japanese coin dated somewhere after 1967 on the other side. (The 1 or 2 digit numeral is a Japanese regnal year and needs to be adjusted to the western calendar.)

Pictures 3 and 5 appear to be of Chinese coins, but I'll have to Photoshop the pictures to see exactly what they are. Picture 4 is also Asian, and also needs to be worked on.

If nobody else posts IDs and/or values before I get a chance to fully research your world coins, I'll post more information.;)

I don't really see anything in the list that has been posted that catches my eye. Most of the cents are fairly common dates and value will based on grade. But assuming a grade of VF that would be worth more than $20 - $30 and most of them far less.

As for the world coins ( besides the Asian coins that Roy is checking ) - pretty much the same story, values would be minimal - likely less than a dollar.

Whip out a numismatist's best (well, good) friend - your library card. Go directly to the reference section, and sit down with the Standard Catalog of World Coins by Krause & Mischler. You'll leave with that most valuable of assets - knowledge! :D

The third picture from the top and the bottom picture are both Republic of China (Taiwan) Year 70 (1981), with a bust of Chiang Kai Shek. The denomination is on the other side, but based on the apparent size my guess is 5 yuan, Y#552, cu-ni, with a western numeral "5" on the reverse. If there's no "5", they may be Y#548. 1981 was a changeover year in design of the 5 yuan.

Between them is an Arab coin, with the AH date 1392 on the right, and the corresponding western date 1972 on the left, both in true Arabic numerals. Finding which country it is from would be much easier if I had both sides to work with.

In the condition shown, the most any of the pictured coins is worth at retail is $1.
