The reverse spot is just toning of some impure copper mixed into the metal.

However, with that heavy ding on the bottom reverse @ the DOL I can't see how it got a 64

My first 1921 Peace Dollar for my type set.

 

Very nice looking MS-62 peace dollar. Ive certainly seen worse looking coins at that grade level. Win!
