Just picked this up today, my first purchase in PA:
1883 O Morgan Dollar
with the reverse facing out.
After all I'm a Philly guy.
King of the CC Morgans and a true key date to the whole series.
I was down to 3 open holes in all the Morgans, and this fills one of them. (93s, 94p to go). An honest and clean entry level piece:
"Opps, I did it again."
As far as Britney Spears goes nice bust lol. And the half ain’t too shabby either
It arrived today
That’s a beauty love it. What’s the grade
Darn thing sold within an hour if me showing it off.
Bummer was going to ask you about it. Pretty one
c. 1890 GW-09-US2 SP63BN 2nd US Die
c. 1890 GW-09-US2 SP62 2nd US Die
c. 1880 - 1910 GW-09-P4 SP63 Repaired Dies
C. 1950 GW-09-US3 SP64 Yellow Bronze
These are interesting also because some are worth less than the cost of grading. But if we are to advance the hobby sometimes you need to do a few things that create a larger body of knowledge. Several of these are the only PCGS example, so worth the effort to get out there for new collectors.
auction had some decent coins. No I didn’t buy from these pics. I previewed in person this is a solid straight grade 55-58 with good surfaces
