Is this Quarter a misstamp?

I was wanting 2 kno if this quarter i got is a misstamp, and if it is how much is it worth? its kinda bowed out and is flat and smooth on one side, it also has scatches that extend out ward in all directions in a spiral.

misstamp Quarter

well i cant figure out how 2 get pics onto this website.

 

Click on "go advanced" then click on the paperclip icon, then browse, then find your pic on your own computer, then click upload. viola.....it's there.

Sounds to me like the post-mint damage includes a good whizzing with a wire brush in an electric drill.
