Identify this coin please.

    I found this coin at a gas station sitting in a display case, along with a columbian 200 pesos coin..I offered a dollar for both.
    Please help me find all the info I can find for this coin..

    It's a Russian, I don't know the name but I think it's a Polska or something like that. Someone else will come along and correct me. :D
