What would you grade these Greek and Irish silver coins?

How would you grade these two coins? Both have stunning cartwheel luster and are uncirculated. The Irish coin came straight from a mint set. I have a grade in mind for that one, as I have a second one of the exact year/type and have a grade for that one, too (this one looks better). The scratch that appears on the bottom of the shilling's reverse is on the capsule, and not the coin!

    Thanks in advance!

The 100 drachma could get 66,67.

For the shilling I can't tell from the picture.
