Help Identify These Coins?

    I found these coins at a flea market with a bunch of others but I have no idea what these two are. One is obviously Asian but I can't seem to find out which country its from. The other is either in Arabic or Farsi but again I can't find it on the internet. Of course I haven't tried as hard as I possibly could but that's part of what this site is for right? :p

    Anyway, any help you could give me regarding where they're from, their denomination, year minted etc. would be greatly appreciated.

    Also just realized the two pictures are swapped around, the one with the "10" on the one side goes with the Asian coin.

    Thank you very much, I think I googled just about every middle eastern country there was and Syria must have slipped my mind.
