Have you heard of the Ma’aret Hoard?

Hi all,

I recently got this lysimachos Tetradrachm in. I was told it was part of the Ma’aret hoard found in Syria. However a quick google search shows no results with information on this hoard. Is there any source of information you are familiar with that can provide information on this hoard of coins? I posted this coin earlier trying to get some info on it with no luck. Also, please share your coins if you have anything from any ancient hoard. I find this subject very interesting.

when asking AI it mentions that the ma’aret hoard is actually from Kabul.

Are you sure this coin is authentic?

 

It has been verified by an experienced dealer. Funny enough I’m still having a lot of trouble finding any info on this hoard. Only lots of references. Does anyone know of any sources I can read up on?
