    It still remains the same. Is there any wear on the coin? If so, then how much? If not then how good is the luster, enough to be gem?
    Or, does the coin have any distracting bag marks that hold it back along with a slightly dull lifeless luster?

    MS 63…I see no wear but the hits around the number 2 are grade limiting in my opinion

    And here is the grade. There is no breaks in the luster. The reverse is blazing with luster, but the slightly muted luster and heavy bag mark on the obverse really hold this one back.
