Greek I Think

    More probably roman provincial to me, looks like the portrait of Macrinus on the coinage of Marcianopolis

    There are a lot of Roman Provincial coins which are inscribed in Greek.These were struck in Egypt,Greece,& the Holy Land for use in their respective areas of the Roman Empire.
