Hello More probably roman provincial to me, looks like the portrait of Macrinus on the coinage of Marcianopolis Cucumbor

There are a lot of Roman Provincial coins which are inscribed in Greek.These were struck in Egypt,Greece,& the Holy Land for use in their respective areas of the Roman Empire. Aidan.
