    Can anyone tell me the value of a 1780 and 1783 12 Deniers from France in G-4 shape.

    That would depend upon where they were minted.

    How do you know the coins denomination?
    What is the design on the reverse?

    the 1783 is W and the 1780 is an M or H.
    I ask a local Dealer but he did not give me a value.
