    Hey All,

Hope all having a great weekend! I found this in a coin roll. It looks like extra columns in nine and ten Memorial bays or could this be from over polishing? FYI this is not glare feedback

Took me a bit. but I remember it now.....for the over polishing, could this be "abrasion doubling?" I couldn't remember the proper term, brain fart:banghead::shame:

What year is your coin? I think I remember seeing something in the Cherrypicker's Guide like this...

I checked it on Wexlers only. Their site only has one listed for this year, with the extra column being in Memorial bay one. If it is elsewhere please let me know. This is a 1990-d.

There are lots of coins with minor plating doubling, die deterioration doubling, etc. The known ddr's in the columns are in the die and are obvious. The little man is hard to see and there are lots of ddo's in certain years. Not very dramatic or valuable.

Yep, thanks, I check them all the time :) Abe looked gd on this. I have viewed many with the columns and this looks similar to a lot that are listed. The only other thought I had for this is that it may be Abrasion doubling. As to value, not to into that, just love collecting them. Never sold an error coin and the only time I might would be if it is a fantastic amount, but doubt that. I am giving them all to my daughters:)

I'm not going to sell anything. I do it because I enjoy it.
