A few days ago I won an auction on a common date Walker half in pretty nice shape that I needed to fill a spot in my collection. I paid $7.38 & &1.99 shipping which was a little more than it was worth poss., but I wanted it. The mail came today and inside was the coin along with a 50??? of some Iranian currency, but also a 1964 silver quarter in a 2 x 2. Now I am up on the game with the melt value of the half plus the quarter!!!!! I thought it was a nice bonus!!:hail:
Mine Sharing this Seller with the Forum?? I've had some GREAT success with eBay, but not like that! Congrats! Steve
Check the quarter to see if it is a Type A or B. That might make it worth more if it is a type B. Type A Normal business strike: http://imgs.inkfrog.com/pix/coop49/Quarters_Type_A_Business_reverse.jpg Type B retired proof reverse found on 1956-1964 plain quarters: http://imgs.inkfrog.com/pix/coop49/Quarters_Type_B_proof_reverse.jpg
