Dominion of Canada 25 cent paper note

    It's not in the best condition, but appears to have a cutting error on the bottom. It's from January 2, 1900. How much would you pay for this?

    There's no "cutting error" that I can see. Anyone in the past 115 years could have snipped 1/4 inch off the bottom.
