Okay guys I really buy into these coin Crate things and stuff like that.. coin crate according to their advertisement on their website says that they're going to give you 75 plus items for and $124... Now I want to know if anybody has brought from them in the past and they feel that they're $124 was well spent and they feel that it is worth it for a newbie collector..

    Or they're feeling it's a gimmick and a rip-off

I'm just saying I look into these gimmicks just to see their authenticity see if they match what they say and you know they're worth it at all

    I've seen the ads.
I won't get it. The ad shows someone getting a PCGS + CAC Morgan if I recall along with a variety of other things. I doubt you'd find yourself doing that well if you got one.

I mean... you can... I just won't be the one.

It's a good way to waste your money if you ask me.

There's a guy standing on the side of the road. On the ground beside him are numerous burlap bags with something inside them squirming all over the place. He has a sign - Pigs $25.

How many you wanna buy ?

Sounds like a scam to me. If it’s worth what they say or more, there are faster and better ways to sell them.

You would probably be lucky to get $50 dollars worth of coins.

Certainly won’t get the value they say.. but at the same time it looks like a variety of things in there. Including banknotes. If I was just starting out in the hobby maybe it wouldn’t be too bad. Or a gift for a grandchild, etc.

i don’t like banknotes - but a recent intro to them by a friend on here has given me a new perspective. I think the box could do the same for someone.

just trying to point out all aspects

That being said, I am mixed on the topic.

I'm gonna go out on a limb here and say what you would receive would be along the lines of coin holders (used) Last years COMPLETE guide to how to invest in bitcoin, a free year's subscription to an as yet published magazine the seller is in the process of writing. Good Luck.

Okay, now I see. I'd have to say that their list could be gathered for less than they are asking, but buying from them would save you the time of finding them individually. But I don't think I'd do business with a company that thinks "steel" is a precious metal. LOL

i have purchased a few "dealer" special lots, wherein i received 20 pcgs coins for 100.00, most were ms-69 proofs, with a few unc ones as well..the value came out to 480.00 st list price, but you need to find the buyers for them...i di ok, at that price i can sell em for half list and still double my money, i sell a few at a flea market i go to now and again (when my vehicle runs, lol)

I’ve never had the desire to pay $125 to prove that I can be screwed.
