I'd pick the '43 Steel Cent. The only '43 steel cent I have is rusting, so this would be a nice replacement.

Thank you for your generosity! :)

Thank you for the offer Dwhiz, but if you won I'd rather you keep it for yourself. I can find one somewhere. ;)

As with the last contest, please count me in. My choice stays the same, the US 2 cents, an important 100th anniversary for something in my life.

I would also like the 1864 2-cent. I have a three cent and it would be fun to add a two cent for its odd denomination, and because it's Civil War era.

Entry post: I'd like to win that 1943 Walking Liberty Half, I used to specifically collect this coin series and that's because when I was a youngster money was scarce and I hardly ever ran into half dollars, but when I did I felt like the shizzle! :D

Entry post on behalf of @expat. Picking on his behalf.
Hopefully he might like it. If not maybe Lord M will
allow him to change. Why I picked that coin, a 1700
year old coin in wonderful shape.

I would love to win the 2-cent piece. I think these are very underappreciated and make an excellent set.

    Hi,

I would like an entry on behalf of my 10-year-old grandson, who noticed an image of Yosemite Park (on a quarter) and asked what that was about. I looked it up and showed him. Now he wants to se f he can get the entire set.

    Did I do this right?

Great. Your entry on his behalf has been counted. You made Post #33. So if the random number generator in the drawing at the end of the month pulls the number 33 you (and he) will win his choice of the prizes.

In addition, I’m declaring this post (#35) to be an extra bonus entry on your grandson’s behalf, thereby doubling y’all’s odds.

So if the random number generator lands on 33 or 35, y’all will win. Good luck! We will have the drawing on or shortly after October 1st.

I'd like to enter on behalf of my 8 y/o grandson. I recently gave him my circulated, silver only, Roosevelt dime collection. We removed them all from their 2x2's and he placed them into a Dansco album. When he completed the collection he threw his hands into the air and yelled, 'I'm finished with the silver coins!'. I had to chuckle. I then explained about all the other pre 1965 coins that were in circulation and were silver.

In light of that I'd like this entry to be for the 1943 Walking Liberty $.50.

As always, Rob, thank you for your benevolence.

If he doesn’t win, send me a PM with his address and the postman will bring him something to keep his numismatic fires burning.
