Ads keep popping up on Face Book. I know they are fake, but I sent for two just to see what they look like in my hand. I've notified FB about these ads but with no result. They even put a patina to make them look circulated. I took a alcohol wipe and they become shiny. Size is good, weight is 25 grams. Definitely not silver. Not magnetic tho.
You can buy them on Alibaba for about $1 apiece. These claim they are made of brass. I discourage purchasing any but I understand your curiosity.
My curiousity is appeased, now I will destroy them so they dont wind up in some unscrupulus hands who tries to sell them. To me it was worth $2.50 to see the "real" thing. Seen them on the bay with a low starting price and "uncertified" No details about the "coin". PT Barnum said it all. "there's a sucker born every minute"
Well, they fake anything so its not just coins. As always, got to educate yourself before you buy things so it makes sense that you bought some to gain more knowledge.
