Blue Book? I don't know that this has been used for some decades.
About the same correlation you'll find between the Farmer's Almanac (published several months in advance) and your local "Accu Weather" forecast.
Ken Bressett would be disappointed to hear that. Like the Red Book, the Blue Book is published every year.

The Red Book is great starting point for background and history (don't know about the Blue Book).
But as for value of coins they are only good for relative worth, i.e., Coin X is worth twice as much as Coin Y.
