Bicentennial with date issues.

Hello again everyone I am still trying to hone in on the different forms of doubling. Here I see doubling of some form on the date. Is it the dreaded "Machine doubling". I think so what does the group say.

Worn die, or DDD, not DD, IMO. They used those dies beyond worn in most cases.
