Emperor Diocletian bronze coin Struck in 289/90 AD.
obverse: IMP C C VAL DIOCLETIANVS P F AVG, radiate and cuirassed bust right
reverse:CONSERVATOR AVGG, Diocletian and Jupiter standing vis à vis sacrificing over tripod and each holding sceptre; B mark in center.
Value I'm afraid,is only perhaps $5-15 in this condition.
To understand why a coin this old can be worth so little, see the thread titled "why are ancient coins so cheap?" on this same forum.
