ancient coin founded in ground

    I was find a coin in ground in my vilige.I am from southeast Serbia.I think that is very very old.It's a man with long neck and crown.There is some letters but i can't understand them.Any help will be uselus.

    Welcome to the forum.

    We really need more information before we can give you much help. Can you post a picture of the coin? If not, just spell out the letters on each side of the coin.

    If they are so worn that you can't tell what they are, the condition of the coin is too poor to have any numismatic value.

    Zombie thread.

    Long neck and crown is most likely a Probus or Aurelian antoninianus.

    16 years this poor guy has been sitting in his village waiting for an answer, and that's the best you can come up with? The least you could have done is to send him a camera so he can take some photos.
