I recently bought this coin for $210 and cracked it out and sent to PCGS. It straight graded. Sorry for the not-so-good seller pics. The white fuzz is not on the coin, of course. Guess the grade. Think it was accurately graded in the ANACS holder?

Tough one. I'm gonna guess it went up to MS62

That is absolutely an MS coin. Not very eye appealing to my blast white tastes. But an MS none the less.

Same, nice coin. I don’t see any wear, wonder where they got AU53

...unless that’s wear on the legs, but I can’t tell from the photos. In that case 58 but still no 53. Nice pick

Well, there is a mark or hit to the right of Liberty. Can't really tell in the seller pics, though. But a hit alone doesn't really qualify as circulation.

I'm going to say I see enough marks to indicate a brief circulation. I don't see high point wear but it's hard to say for sure from a photo of a toned coin. AU58.

Very nice looking but not an AU coin. I'm at MS-62.

AU-58. I see rub on the knee and possible diminishment of the luster.

Some of the toning looks really dark. Could it be that ANACS didn't want to "details" it, but did somewhat net grade it?

It's not as dark as it appears in the seller's pics. I will post the trueview later this weekend.

Toning gives me fits. But the detail is worth AU58.

Nice details on a well struck struck coin....the images provided make it very hard to determine a grade but as a betting man....I say low 60's---61/62.
And betting they gave a 65.
    In Au. It is a $175. Coin>>>>>mint state 63 a $500 coin.
The image as well the coin color makes it tough to make a call from those images.
    Nice variety to boot

John just going off my references that do grow older as we speak.
As they dont take any consideration newer auctions or sales.

Do you have your own pics. I can’t tell anything that would give me an accurate grade (luster).

I am at MS62 also. At MS62 that is still a good bump monetarily. If it went higher than 62 that would be special. Good eye.
