@furryfrog02: the tracking number showed it in California dated this morning, but was delivered in Ohio 3 hours later. I think the estimated date of delivery maybe a little off since it was to be delivered late NEXT week.

Well the mail was already delivered for me today. There's always tomorrow ;)

    Great looking Julian II btw!

I neglected to note that this Maximinus BONO GENIO (lot 324) is ex my collection. I bought it from Robert Kokotailo of Calgary Coin back in the late 1980s. I'm happy you're pleased with your wins, @Arcane76! I especially love the reverse on your Gordian. :)

@Severus Alexander: I have been steadily adding to my collection from various auctions etc. But your auction yielded some of my favorites. I am happy to have different CT members coins now in my collection. This forum has really made collecting even more fun! Thank you for this auction @Severus Alexander it was a blast!

I was the underbidder on that one, and precisely wanted it because of its reverse. Great acquisitions

Guess what came in the mail...

And I'm still kicking myself for missing the first half of this auction. Someone had posted about it starting at noon EST and my brain decided to forget the EST!:jimlad::facepalm:
Only one of my prebids withstood yalls onslaught

That said, the one that made it was a beautiful rarity that I was and still am VERY excited about:
LUCANIA, Thurium as Copia (193-150 BCE) AE As. 9.40g, 22mm.
    Obv: Laureate head of Janus
Rev: COPIA in right field; Cornucopia, caduceus and I (mark of value) in right field.
HN Italy 1935. Very rare. cf. CNG E-Auction 374, 11.05.2016, lot 9 (hammer 260 USD); same dies as NAC Auction 84, 20.05.2015, lot 564 (hammer 2250 CHF)
Very rare and in fine style.

    Here's the CNG coin

And the NAC from the same dies as mine:
Wonderful examples, but so is mine and at a fraction of the cost and from a CT friend:D

Here are a few more that I didn't have room for at the top of the thread.
Another super cool artistic style of Herakles:
    PHRYGIA, Abbaitis, 2nd c. BCE, AE Dichalkon. 4.19g, 18mm.
Obv: Head of youthful Herakles to right, wearing lion’s skin headdress.
Rev: MVΣΩN / ABBA; Lion skin draped over club; all within wreath.
    SNG Copenhagen 5

An RR from the year before it would hit the fan and all hell would break loose thanks to Tiberius Gracchi!
And with some great detail all things considered:
    M. Marcius Mn.f, issued 134 BCE, fourrée denarius. 3.07g, 17.5mm.
Obv: Helmeted head of Roma to right, wearing earring and pearl necklace; behind, modius; below chin, mark of value.
Rev: M MAR-C / RO-MA; Victory driving biga galloping to right, holding the reins in her left hand and a whip in her right; below, splitting the inscription, two grain ears.
    Crawford 245/1.

An Augusta my collection was lacking. And in hand she really is twice as good looking... and that Patina:troll::smuggrin::D:
    Aelia Flaccilla (383 - 388) AE2. Constantinople, 5.20g, 22.5mm.
Obv: AEL FLACCILLA AVG, Bust right, with elaborate head-dress, draped, necklace, and mantle.
Rev: SALVS REIPVBLICAE, Emperor, head right, standing facing, arms folded on breast, cross in right field, CONSⲈ in ex.
    RIC IX Constantinople 82
    From the JB (Edmonton) collection

And to top it all off a surprise:woot:and another rarity ta boot:wideyed::cigar:
CAPPADOCIA, Caesarea: Hadrian (117-138) AR Drachm, issued 128-138. 2.94g, 17mm.
    Obv: Laureate head right
Rev: ΥΠATOC Γ Π-ATHΡ ΠAT, Mount Argaeus surmounted by a statue of Helios, holding globe and sceptre.
    RPC III, 3119, S 263a, Metcalf Conspectus 106, Ganschow 184b
Rare! (only 2 specimens in RPC)

I'm just humbled and appreciative to @Severus Alexander :) Pleeeeeeeeeeaaaaaaasssssssse tell me AMCC4 is around the corner:shy:
