    Hi all,
    My first Mint Error acquisition for 2020..

    5C - 1981 S
    Type 1
    Proof 69 UC

    The Struck through is right in front of his mouth. Tiny strand.

    I got it cheap. About half of what it would cost to submit it. Why not?

    Was the lettering not affected and that's just the light?
