$33.40 to ship a $2 note?

    I have been working on my Zimbabwe note collection. A few days ago I ordered a note that was $2 with free shipping. I got it today in a Priority Mail Express envelope with $33.40 of stamped postage on it. Crazy. I can only think that it was uncancelled and reused. Even if this is the case wouldn't you save it for something else? Crazy. The stamps are hand cancelled now... I can't reuse them :(

    People sometimes buy stamps for much less than face value off eBay and use them to pay postage on packages. Still not sure why they picked express though.

    I don't know. One regular stamp was all that was needed.

    He says the shipping cost $33.40.
    He paid $2 for the note, with free shipping.
    No one is spending $33 to mail something where they are
    getting $2 total in return. So there is some foul play in the works.
