I’m including a screencap to show the example recently submitted to Wexler and verified by him and set to be included on the website next time he updates as well as to be featured in an upcoming coin magazine. Here is a link to the video if you’re unaware of this recent discovery:
I found a few that MIGHT be a match but wanted to see what you guys think. Thanks in advance!

Looks like a die chip, or the starting of one, to me .

Looks more like a die chip than doubling.

You just beat me Rick and I agree. There's a small blob of metal behind his ear and on the lowest part of the ear lobe. I see no signs of doubling like on known varieties.

Youtube calls it a Major Discovery? That is a bit exaggerated! Major discovery would be like a Cent struck on Dime. A minor DDO or Die Chip or even a Plating Blister, whatever that is would not make it a Major Discovery

I thought Wexler was ill and not doing well enough to do much in the way of numismatic right now?
Edit: I apologize to Mr. Wexler in advance if I confused him with someone else.

I think he calls it that because it is a doubled ear and all the doubled ear varieties are pretty highly sought after... if I understand him correctly

If you look closely it's a die chip, the first is behind the ear and the second chip is on the tip of the lobe. No signs of ear doubling that I can see.
