2014 Arches Quarter

    I have a 2014 Arches National Park Quarter that clearly has not been stamped on the sides and it has a different feel than other quarters. I know people collect coins like these. What should I do with it?

    Yea, unfortunately it is a common post-mint alteration that is done by hobbyists and bored people.
    Also, it doesnt really matter for this coin since it is worth 25 cents, but you should never hold a coin as in your pic if you think it may be valuable. Fingerprints and oils harm the surface.

    it has been hit repeatedly on the edge. usually done like that to make a ring.
