2014 1 Cent is this a double 4?

    No, and usually other numerals are also doubled at the same time on these. The four is a very sloppy digit on these and sometimes mimics the real doubled dies. It looks kind of twisted.

    On my phone that kinda looks like a linear plating blister.

    Most of the 4's without doubling look much like the example in the third photo above. But there are differences in the other 3 digits also in a true doubled die.
