In the 2006 "A Guide Book of United States Coins" it shows these numbers: 1954 Lincoln Cent - mintage 6,940,050 1957-D Franklin Half - mintage 1,966,850 These numbers can't be right. I think each of them is off by at least one decimal place. I'm sure there are more mistakes that I haven't noticed yet. If anyone finds some others, please point them out for me. Thanks.
I think the half should be 19,966,850 Minted and the cent should be 71,873,350 Minted. But thats just me. I can't count very high with my shoes on so...................
I noticed that the 2004P Peace Medal Nickel mint # is missing a zero. Also, the 2004D Keelboat mint # is 344,880. That can't be right. Someone isn't good with zeros.
