There are a few diagonal lines in the field behind the columns of the memorial. are these scratches, plating bubbles, or a die clash? There is also something wrong with his face between the eye and ear? The little man has a fat knee is that doubling? obv2003d.jpg scratches1.jpg scratches2.jpg scratches3.jpg scratches4.jpg +

The lines on the reverse are not in the correct area to be a clash. My guess is they are die scratches. Beyond that, all I see is a normal looking circulated cent.

Those are linear plating issues. You can also see them on the obverse.
