$20 star note with ink blot on top left corner and bottom right corner

Can someone tell me anything about a 2004 $20 EG02608523* with ink blots on top left corner and bottom right corner.Thank You.

welcome to the forum. can you post any photos of the note? that can help in telling the difference between ink stains from printing and people marking up bills.

Look like ink stains from a marker. Banks or others mark bundles of bills for whatever reason. Out of 7 $20 bills in my wallet, 3 have simular ink stains of various colors.

 

That is not a printing error. Someone marked those bills, This coming from someone who works in a bank vault and see millions of $20s a day.
