    Yeah, about 50% or so.
    You can't tell the full date though which is unfortunate.

    Are you sure it is a 1999? Because it has a wide-AM reverse, indicating that it is either:
    1) A cent struck 1990-1992
    2) Either a 1998 or 1999P wide-AM variety struck off center.
    Either way it is a cool find.

    I just put 1999 on the date rather than 199,not sure what date it is.
