    Hi guys,

I have this 1988 P Roosevelt Dime and see clumps of metal in front of Roosevelt's lips, forehead and neck. Is this due to a worn die?

The pronounced radial flow lines are a sure sign the die is extremely worn toward the end of its life. A few die chips would be entirely normal to see on coins struck from a die this deteriorated.
