1984 doubled die?

    I am thinking it is some odd die deterioration doubling, but it can't say for certain based on the pics. May warrant an in-hand with an attributor.

    DDO/DDR No.
    looks more like a bad planchet thin in center thick out to rim.
    1983 thru 1987 had a lot of thick+thin Planchets

    I have a bag full of 82-91 pennies that either have lamination bubbles covering them, or partial collar and some broadstrikes. Very bad years for quality control and metal bonding technology I suppose. I'm a newbee though so take everything I say with a pound of salt.
