1970 penny no mint mark ddo

    That is a Cent with heavy circulation damage. I see no evidence of die doubling. It is not a proof, the rims are bevelled, not square.

    Looks like there may be some strike doubling in the date, but that isn't really clear to me!!! I think it's worth a penny!!!
  10. In order for us to see weather its a 70 ddo youd need a good scope or camera to get the right angle. Definetly much closer pics. So we cant really tell weather it is or not. Get a coin loop and practice looking at coins is how i started to see my first doubled dies.

    As I stated before, looks more like DDD to me than true doubling.
