    I have 1964 D Penny that isn't cooper and isn't 100% steel.
It has a nickel or dime color with a very slight yellowish color
that indicates a present of cooper but it sticks to a magnet.
I haven't read about this rare Penny, did anyone ?

I'll eventually incl. a picture of it when I'll figure out how to do it.

We will need a photo and weight...read this to learn how to post a photo.

There is a pretty large chance that its a fake--as 1964 Cents would NOT be steel....they are copper..---I guess it could be a offer metal error---but don't hold your breath.

It was probably plated with something after it left the Mint.

If the attraction to a magnet is weak, it's probably nickel-plated. However, a weight and a photo are essential before we proceed any further.
