1959 UN Peso

    I have here a 1959 UN peso, and was wondering if it is silver (the coin is HUGE, so i was wondering that). This is what the coin looks like, but this one is not mine, just an example. My one is in MS 60 condition. Thanks!

    hi, well it dose have silver but very little .0514 oz but the 59' is the better date.

    The mintage on this 1959 Mexico, Peso is 27,369,00. Mint mark is Mo. I have a number of coins from Mexico just follow the link.Cheryl

    I have the Coin Price Magazine,March 2008 It has this VF $1.25, XF $2.00, UNC $5.50, BU $8.00. Hope this helps, but you may get more if you find the right person. Cheryl
