I was digging through my Lincoln cent collection today and stumbled across this! I always get excited when I find a variety, no matter how small or big they are. Looked it up in Cherrypickers and it is the 56 D/D Repunched Mintmark. They list this as one of the CONECA Top 100 varieties. The obverse and reverse pics were taken normally with no magnification. The first pic is taken with a 3x magnifying glass over top. The next picture is taken with my 10x loupe over top and the last picture was using my 16x loupe being held over the cent. For the last two pics, I needed my wife's help so I could hold the loupe steady while she snapped the shot. Pretty good for they are. I hope all the pics are in order, but if not, I think you can figure out which magnifiers were used. Also, I think this may be a product of Arizona Jack's! A while back, I had purchased about a dozen or more Lincolns from him. I believe this was one of them. Jack, if you kept the records for the sale or our email correspondence that has my requests, maybe you can confirm this. So if it is...THANK YOU! Enjoy!
