1951 Washington

ok, who was the expert at grading washingtons? Just picked up 3 of these out of an original roll.

I'm no expert, but it looks MS-65 or 66.

I see 16 or so ticks on each side. Id have to say MS65 at best. And Im not an expert either-:goofer:

Whats up with the line on the Washingtons forehead & thru the hair? Is it a die break or just from the photo ?

You know something. I didnt even see that until you brought it to my attention. I have three from this roll and two of them have the same line. Looks like ole Washington was about to be scalped! You have to hit it just right in the light to see them. Interesting.
