    Hi all,

I have a 1942 D/S Walker PCGS MS 64. purchased in 1987, population one housed in a first generation holder. PCGS tells me that this is now classified as D/D and wants to place it in a new holder. Any thoughts on this and any suggestions on determining the value?

I think if it's a nice coin, keep it. Buy coins for coins, not plastic.

Welcome to the forum. May I ask if you plan to sell the coin anytime soon? If not I wouldn't worry about it. As for value I'm not sure how big of a difference it is. Someone else will probably be along shortly who does know.
