Today I decided it was time to take some more shots for my website. The first coin I pulled out was my 1942-D/D Horz. Nickel. (This is FS-027)
Mine is graded by PCI at F. The slab is also signed by JT.

Sorry I don't have pic's of the whole coin, but my main mission was close ups of the mintmark...how did I do?!

    Thanks Rickie!

Nice die state, looks just like it should for that grade. Hard to find in any grade.

It's a repunched mint mark. The first time the mm was punched in a horizontal direction to the coin, the second time it was punched in over top the original in a vertical direction.

Looks like a fine set of reference pics for a popular die variety, Rickie.

I don't think the TPG, grade opinion, or the autograph are important, but the coin certainly is.

Thanks--better than I could have put it myself :D LOL!
Yep--I'm going to post it on VN here in a bit..
Nope--and I didn't pay for the TPG, or the autograph, but I did take the grade into mind...I bought it off Ebay, and the photos wern't the best.
