1909VDB - Help with grade .

    Hey .I've owned this 1909 VDB Lincoln Cent for 30+ years . I have it as a VF30 - EF40 . What do you think ?

    A strong VDB is the best it's got going for it, I'm afraid. I'll give you VF30, but it's a cleaned one. You should study up on that if your thing is raw coins. It's actually one of the first things we tired old geezers learned how to spot way back when there weren't TPGs supplying us with ready-made grades. Yeah, we actually had to know what we were doing...and how to grade, OMG! :)
