    I think that is a 1906 ;)

    It might be a large Lamination issue or a struck through. But is is well circulated so I'm not 100% sure.

    Might also be a snip affecting both sides.

    Looks neat and interesting though.

    Do you have a caliper? If not, put another cent on top and if I'm not mistaken, you will see the coin in question isn't exactly round. Appears to be PMD to me. The N in CENT could be grease filled die, which I believe was common back then.

    Looks like a detached lamination to me. It also looks to be deep into the coin and another lamination is appearing to the right of it.
