Probably Mint State, if only because the (numerous) marks argue against circulation. The marks/gouges, especially those on higher areas, are what wear first. In any event, even if we generously call this one RB, it needs to be MS64 to justify the cost of slabbing and based on what I see here that's probably at least two grades high. As your tastes evolve, the obverse of this coin will become more and more irritating.
