In 2006 the US Mint began producing the Reverse Proof Silver Eagle. Which basically makes the devices shiny and the feild duller. As you can see from my pictures. The philadelphia Mint was the first mint in the country to mint the Reverse Proofs which makes this coin the first of a first. (even though its not a first strike but that designation does not really matter).

Last year in the spring of 2013 I purchased this coin from a dealer in south jersey for $192 Cash.
A week ago I sold this coin for $220 on eBay after listing and PayPal fees.
