One is, whar are those gouges on his face? I see that shape on other coins as well.

Curious about this. Look at the P. It appears to be sunken in. Also, if you blow it up, you can see a mark parallel to the p.

It goes accross his eyebrow and to the flat surface and to the back of his head on the flat part. The top part of the head seems worn down.
This is missing a 9, which i now understand that. However, look at the crown type thing on his head.
