If everyone would fingerprint their coins there'd be no need for bar codes and certification numbers on slabs.

Coins that are slabbed as RD can and do tone in the slab. So it's entirely possible that a coin in a current RD slab would not regrade as RD...
The font looks off when compared to other real PCGS slabs.
With gradeflation these days in a few years the TPGs may straight grade coins like this.:banghead:

I doubt if his coin will be difficult to sell.
Given the nice clean obverse and nice luster I can see someone paying $10K for it.
This coin hands down. Take away the scratches and this would be a high grade coin.
Earlier this year an unc details coin sold at Great Collections for $8775.
Even with the scratches a nice looking coin.
Definitely not flawless.
