In addition to key dates, I'd pull out any AU/BU specimens with full steps. There are numerous common date Jefferson's that are rare with full steps.

No I wouldn't take a low grade coin that was enhanced by cleaning. I look for well struck higher grade coins with eye (at least my eye) appeal....
