If the TP makers would put an ID number on each sheet it would probably be a collectors item. The TPGs could create a number of special labels;...
But that rate of toning on a full red IHC wouldn't happen in a couple months. I wonder what was used to clean it in the first place.

I like the coin, even with the scratches. I agree with the PCGS grade as well but heck, I still believe in the Easter Bunny!
No star for me. A couple deep nicks and unappealing toning (at least in my eyes).
MS 65? I guess that's why many people don't have faith in ICG; not that the other's are perfect either. Some pretty deep marks in front of the eyes.
